At Auskids Learning, we do more than care for your child. We call carers, 'Educarers' in our centres, as it adds value to their position and responsibility.

Education of a child starts very early in life and as such, we respect and acknowledge the valuable contribution educarers make to your child’s life.
By providing children with other adults in their life who educate and care for them (educarer) they are learning important life skills that they will carry with them throughout their entire lives.

We have high expectations of our educarers. Each Educarer holds a Suitability (Blue) Card and is expected to uphold Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics in all of their interactions with families, children, each other and the community. We also participate in the National Childcare Accreditation Council’s vision to provide “Quality child care experiences for all children enrolled in child care services in Australia.”
